👥 Who You Can Sponsor

Spouse, common‑law, or conjugal partners

Sponsor your spouse or partner to become a permanent resident of Canada — whether they are inside or outside the country. We assist with both Inland and Outland sponsorship applications, including eligibility assessments, proof of relationship guidance, and dual intent strategies where needed.

Dependent children

You can sponsor your biological or adopted children who are:

  • Under 22 years of age and not married/common-law

  • Over 22 but financially dependent due to a physical or mental condition
We guide you through proving dependency, legal guardianship (where applicable), and reunification planning.

Parents and grandparents

Sponsor your parents or grandparents under IRCC’s annual intake system:

  • Must receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) during the lottery

  • Must meet the Minimum Necessary Income (MNI) threshold for 3 consecutive years
We help with ITA response, income documentation, and medical/financial compliance.

We assess eligibility and provide documentation strategy for these exceptional cases.
