Yes, you can work in Canada while applying for permanent residence. We handle both temporary pathways—such as study permits, work permits, and visitor visas—and permanent residence through programs like Express Entry, PNPs, family sponsorship, and more. Often, individuals in Canada on a valid work permit can continue working while applying for permanent residence and may qualify for a Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) during the PR application process.

Yes. We support clients with family sponsorship applications, including sponsoring spouses, common-law partners, and dependent children. For parents or grandparents, we also assist with Super Visa applications — which allow extended stays of up to 5 years per visit. Unlike regular visitor visas, Super Visas require proof of medical insurance and financial support from the Canadian host.
